It's spotlessly clean hotel, staff and location are excellent.

The hotel needed to be renewed.

Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. Affable and accommodating staff who were always there to help. Its location was very central, walking distance to a main street.

Stayed here for 3 nights and appreciated our choice. Accommodating hotel staff especially the two younger staff members in the evening. They also provided a shuttle to attractions.

Loved location and staff, they were great. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a coffee/tea maker, multi-channel television and a study table.

The hotel was fairly clean and quaint, had good wi-fi. It was in a very central location, across the bridge from Old Town. We appreciated hot drinks at the rooftop bar. Our stay there was quite comfortable.

Loved location and cleanliness, everything was fairly clean and great. The room exceeded all expectations, neat with views of the alps.

Perfectly clean, smart hotel with ideal location near to the bridge to cross over to old town where Christmas markets & Hohensalzburg Fortress funicular were.

Clean hotel, fine staff especially the two younger staff members in the evening. Easy 20 minutes' ride to and from airport. Late check out.

This quiet little, fairly clean property has plentiful continentalbreakfasts and polite stuff.

Everything was good, clean hotel, brilliant location very close to the old town. The staff were all welcoming, pleasant. The room was stylish with aircon on and views of the alps, for instance for a fairly nice stay.

Exquisite double room. Beautiful location, right by L'Osteria restaurant, the bridge and the river, though the area was really noisy. The continental breakfast was fine and hot, lots of options. Brilliant staff provided a perfect service. Overall excellent stay.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The staff was enthusiastic, the hotel was impeccably clean and placed in an old part of the city just next door to a restaurant, several bus stations. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of food, something for everyone's taste. Although the whole experience was really really nice, the bed in our room was a little hard. Very central setting of the venue.

The room was reasonably priced. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, awesome location. It was an incredible stay, perfect place.

The hotel is clean with a nice design and based in a nice building. Would come there again, would recommend it to others.

Fairly clean hotel in a great area. The room was silent and beautiful. Easy walk to a palace and a fortress.

Everything was fine as always. Functional rooms and knowledgeable staff. Unbeatable location, 15 minutes' drive from W. A. Mozart airport. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The service was friendly and the food was good.

Hotel was stunningly beautiful and I really enjoyed the food there, it was decent. Warm staff was willing to help - a credit to the venue. The views from my comfortable bedroom were good. Great restaurant served local specialties.

We had a very good time here. Breakfast was SIMPLY DELICIOUS and the hotel was generally spotless. Simply amazing views in a friendly location. Really comfortable beds, climate control and hairdryer in the room. Early check-in too.

It was an awesome time staying at this straightforward hotel. All employees were genuinely helpful. The location was reasonable close to everything.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

Loved the place, pleasant stay. We got room with original decor and a nice size bathroom to relax. Breakfast was delicious, offered pastries and eggs. Central location of the hotel. Efficient reception.

worth its 3 stars. tidy hotel and rooms and a convenient location. not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. spent a nice evening at ristorante di renzi, located right at the venue.

Everything was tidy, the staff was helpful. The hotel was near to hohensalzburg fortress. We went to Johanneskeller for dinner, it was only 100 feet away and we were satisfied...

About 5 minutes by foot from mozarts wohnhaus. Hotel was in the central location
